Air Traffic (Road Trip Game)

Air Traffic is a road trip game of unknown origin. Jules Ismail, Camera Guy, and Hank Moore played it on Day 261[1] of jaily. The rules are still being discovered by the three.

Known Rules

Gameplay

Each player must call out objects or events on the road as they see them. Unless other instructions are in effect, then the first person to call the object or event receives a corresponding amount of points.

Qualifying Objects and Events

  • A lit red X sign on the highway is worth 40 points.
    • Addendum: If there is a "6" on the nearest milepost, then half of the points are nullified.
    • Addendum: If there is a "7" on the nearest milepost, then the point value is increased to 506.
  • A bridge is worth 2 points.
    • Addendum: If a car is driving under the bridge, then the second bridge must be subsequently called.
  • A large truck behind the car in which the players preside is worth 100 points
    • Addendum: If the word "Carrier" is written or printed on the truck where it can be visible confirmed, then the point value is quadrupled.
    • Addendum: If the words "Carry Anne" are written or printed on the truck where they can be visible confirmed, then the points are completely nullified.
  • A yield sign has absolutely no value unless one of the two conditions listed below applies:
      • It is worth 700 points if the word "yield" is misspelled.
      • It is worth 932 points if the sign is any shape other than a triangle.
    • If it is a shape other than a triangle AND the word "yield" is misspelled, then the round is over, and the one who called it has all priority claiming rights for the next five mileposts.
  • A merge sign is worth 50 points.
  • A 500-foot emergency pull-off sign has no value unless it also has kutsu behind it, in which case it is worth 100 points.
  • A 400-foot emergency pull-off sign is worth 300 points.
  • A "Use This Lane" sign with the number "66" on it and a shoulder sign is worth 4700 points if called in that exact order.
  • A shoulder sign is worth 67 points.
    • Addendum: A shoulder sign cannot be called if the "Use This Lane" sign with the number "66" on it has already been called.
